Upgraded Lifestyle LLC ("Upgraded Lifestyle," "we," "us," or "our") operates websites and mobile applications, including Healthy Habits: Habit Tracker (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Services.

2. Habit and app-use data

For apps like Healthy Habits, we store information needed to deliver app functionality, such as your habits, completion history, streaks, reminders, schedules, and related preferences. This information is used to provide and improve the Services and to sync your data across your devices.

3. Authentication

You may sign in through providers such as Apple, Google, or other supported identity services. When you do, we receive a limited identifier and basic profile information necessary to create and secure your account. We do not receive your password from these providers.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. We may use services such as RevenueCat to validate and manage subscription entitlements. Payment-card details for App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are not directly received by Upgraded Lifestyle LLC. We receive limited information about your purchase, such as product identifiers and entitlement status.

5. Cloud storage and infrastructure

We use third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, to host data, manage authentication, and operate backend services. Information you submit through the Services may be stored on systems operated by these providers under their security and privacy practices.

6. Notifications

Our apps may request permission to send push notifications, such as habit reminders or summaries. You can change notification permissions at any time in your device settings.

7. Device and diagnostic information

We may collect device, system, and diagnostic information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, crash data, and basic usage metrics — to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

8. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To process subscriptions and manage entitlements.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, authentication, subscription management, analytics, and customer support. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose of processing.

11. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing admin@upgradedlifestyleapps.com from the email address connected to your account. We will confirm once the account and associated data have been removed, subject to limited retention for legal or security purposes.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

14. International users

The Services are operated from the United States and may be accessed from other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own.
