The Services, including all related content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Upgraded Lifestyle LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability. Features described in marketing materials may change during development.

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and offered features may change. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, billing, and refund policies.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

"Lifetime" purchases, where offered, grant access to designated Premium features for the operational lifetime of the applicable app. They do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Services or future features that may be offered separately.

Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple under its policies. We may, at our discretion, assist with refund-related inquiries but cannot directly issue refunds for Apple-processed transactions.

Healthy Habits is a general wellness and organization tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided through the Services is for general informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptom, or treatment.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upgraded Lifestyle LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Upgraded Lifestyle LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
